Scope of Supply:
GENERAL :
Welding works for construction / shipbuilding (onshore and offshore) structural, piping, etc.
Electrical and instrumentation process installation and test
Material scaffolds (BS 1139) installation and dismantle.
MANPOWER :
(Technician, Foreman, Supervisor, Manager)
Welder, Fitter, Rigger, Scaffolder, Electrician, Blaster/Painter
QC Welding Inspectors, Document Controller, HSE Inspector and General Workers
Conducting quality inspection of product starting from process arrival of raw material, cutting preparation, fit up assembly, welding process, NDT, blasting/painting, installation, commisioning test and documentation.
Also conduct condition survey, civil construction, repair and modification.
Accepting work inspection and load test of equipment for legal permit of such as forklift, crane, lift, belt conveyor, etc.
Accepting execution of welding procedure qualification (WPS/PQR) and welder qualification testing (WQT).
WELDING COMPETENCY TEST (TUK-Las DUTC)
Since September 2008, PT Dua Utama Jaya has approved by BNSP (National Certification Body) to conduct WQT, qualification for welder level 1, level 2 and level 3 (process SMAW and non-SMAW), which have capability to process welder testing of various steel materials and processes for General, Construction and Oil & Gas Welders.
Process : SMAW/MMA, GTAW/TIG, FCAW (GS/SS), GMAW/MIG/MAG
Materials: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Duplex, Titanium.
We are providing manpower from all level :
Technical-Foreman-Supervisor-Manager
Such as :
• Welder, Fitter, Rigger, Scaffolder, Electrician, Blaster/Painter
• QC Welding Inspectors, Document Controller, HSE Inspector and General Worker
